Kristin Martinez, MA, BCCC

Kristin is a counselor and former elementary teacher. She runs her private counseling practice, Central Coast Counseling, and provides NVC coaching and training for teams and organizations, helping them reduce conflict, improve collaboration, and build healthier communication cultures.

Vicki Nelson, MA, DSC, BCCC

Vicki is a counselor/pastor with experience as a nurse, educator, and graduate-level instructor at Loma Linda University. She currently serves as Assistant Pastor at English Oaks SDA Church. Vicki is passionate about wholeness, health, and well-being, helping organizations cultivate intentional, compassionate communication.
